Full Body Sculpting Barre


All you need is a mat and a chair (or anything you can hold on to). This workout combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. You will strengthen and sculpt our legs and gluts in the barre section of class and then work on our strong core and abdominal to finish.
