This class is next level intense amplified by the use of weights. You will definitely sweat and you may struggle during these 20 minutes .. but that’s alright. Just don’t quit! This workout burns a lot of calories – and sometimes that’s what we need. If you need more breaks – take them. Don’t worry too much about it. You will improve over time 🙂 that’s the best feeling.
