Toned Chest and Arms


This upper body workout with dumbbells and bodyweight will test your endurance and help you to build strong and lean upper body muscles. This workout will focus on your arms (biceps and triceps) but this is also a chest workout. The goal is to increase strength and muscular endurance with super sets using dumbbells and bodyweight.

Equipment: weights, bench, yoga mat
