Full Body Sculpting Barre


During this workout all you will need is a chair (or anything you can hold on to). It combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. You will strengthen and sculpt your legs and glutes in the Barre section of class and then work on building a strong core.
