This class isn’t about getting a ripped six pack. It is about building a strong and functional core. Keyword: functional. A core that allows you to go about your day to day life with ease and without injury. Having a strong core is essential. Unfortunately, our modern lifestyle has us constantly doing things that weaken our core, such as sitting and slouching. So make sure you give this class a shot if you haven’t already.
