Core and Agility


This is a great workout to tone your abs and strengthen your core. You can do it at the end of a HIIT or on it’s own if you only have 15 minutes to spare. Remember your form is really important and it’s better to do a slow crunch and really engage your core than trying to smash out as many as possible.

Equipment: yoga blocks, yoga mat
